Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler

 

From Cleaning products to storage products Rubbermaid has to be one of my favorite companies. Their products are safe, easy to clean and to use for any type of job.  I was extremely excited when I heard that Rubbermaid had created a new way to make recycling more convenient. I work long hours and my recycling bins are outside of my home... don't get me wrong I am not a lazy person but, sometimes at 11 pm the last place I want to saunter out to is the recycling bin to throw away a measly empty can of pasta sauce. So, it made me feel at ease that i could drop the recyclables into the Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler under the kitchen sink and not have it cluttering up my counter top and not to mention hubby is actually recycling now LOL! 

I was a bit skeptical at first when i opened the package to see the clips that were supposed to hold the bag in place. I just kept picturing in my head whipping the cabinet door open to see a 5 gal bag of heavy cans and glass sitting on the floor with the lid just hanging there. However, I was pleasantly surprised when i had to dump it because I literally could not close the lid! I would have normally dumped it sooner but for the sake of an honest review I just had to push it and see how much it could hold. Two gallon milk jugs, 4 glass sauce containers, and about 8 empty cans from various veggies, pasta, and doggy food. This was awesome and it held up the whole time just grabbed the handle sewn into the bag and dumped it right into the recycling bin on garbage day! I am actually thinking of purchasing one for garbage for my bathroom! Overall awesome buy at $15.99 it is washable, and is hidden away to keep those counter tops clean. I got to say that without a doubt this product is one of the best I have tried for multipurpose cleaning. This past week my dog was sick and had an accident on my beige carpet... I started to freak thinking oh god this is never going to come out! I was presently surprised when I sprayed the Greased Lightning on the carpet left it alone for about 3 to 4 min and used a dry white cloth to soak it up and .... voila! Stain completely GONE!!!! Living with a husband whom no matter how much I hound does not take his shoes off before walking on the carpet, 2 dogs and a cat I was shampooing my carpet once a week just to keep up on stains. Even with the constant cleaning there were still pesky problem spots and Greased Lightning works to get them up. I also tried the product on my shower door which is glass and always shows hard water build up no matter what I do to it. Upon cleaning the door with Greased Lightning I realized it works great to break up the build up but found myself using a sponge with hot water scrubbing a bit afterwords. All in all a BIG PLUS for carpet cleaning, countertops, microwaves, and great with a little extra elbow grease for cleaning the shower. I am waiting for a great stain (which shouldn't take long lol) to try it on my laundry but HIGHLY recommend this product over most I have tried.

I found these at our local walmart at $4.99 a bag there was about 20 mini burgers in the bag the each about the size of a dinner roll. While baking they smelled absolutely amazing and were not soggy at all my husband all but cleared the platter I made. All and all I would say that these burgers had a good taste alittle on the salty side but then again my husband loved them :) If I could change anything about them it would be to use a full burger patty instead of crumbles. A perfect buy for superbowl sunday shared with hot nachos & cheese ! I can't wait to go back and try their other products:
